To Immortality

I had this weird idea stroll across my mind. It said 'We are Immortal'. How? Well here it goes.
With the increased swift passages through the digital world, man is leaving a greater mark in the other world. The physical world is really ephemeral. And do you know what the digital world is? Can you locate it? No. It has been man's great obsession to regard the unknown with a higher stance of existence. Take for instance Heaven and Hell. We cannot see them can we? So they are deemed as ever-lasting by 'most' of us. I wrote 'most' because some of us apart from the 'most' have rationally arrived to more credible conclusions.
So continuing my idea, I was talking about the digital world. Since the use of the digital world is increasing more and more, mere mortals are evolving themselves into immortals. The digital world is really the 'modern' Elixir of Life.
How? Whenever one leaves a trace in the digital world such as a tweet(twitter) or status update(facebook) one really is increasing the realms of his existence in the digital world. All of our activities on these web-pages is a kind of 'second-life'. Even my blogging is leading me to my stance. How?
Whenever I post, I am leaving a lasting imprint of 'myself' into the unknown. Yes, the unknown, because as I said we do not know what the digital world is. Even when I am no more in this physical world one might just be able to access 'me' by just writing my address in the bar above. By interacting with the digital world we a really reaching up to those higher ranks that were so talked about in myths and legends. It is true then. This is the Elixir of Life. To immortality.
